As we navigate the layers of this human experience, it is so common to lose our way. It’s easy to override the events that layer upon one another, and to undermine our unresolved trauma and grief.

It is so normal to attempt to ignore the things that we’d prefer not to look at, in the hopes that they will disappear. However, our body tracks our experiences, stores our pain, and remembers all that we try so hard to “move on” from.

Our bodies, hearts and souls become weighed down by the baggage that we have yet to release.

We deeply acknowledge this truth.

No matter what our unique story is, so many of us are stuck and suffering in some way and are seeking a road to liberation and joy. We crave the authentic remembering of what it is like to feel like our true selves again.

About the retreat

Our 2025 Costa Rica Retreat held at Tierra Encantada, will take you through a transformational arch of experience, beginning from the moment you say "yes". We will support you in listening to the whisper that is ushering you towards remembering who you truly are.

Through our intentionally curated retreat, you will experience healing practices which weave together the modern science of the most current mental and physical health practices, along with the ancient wisdom graciously passed down from indigenous lineages. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in somatic based practices, receive and learn powerful tools to regulate your nervous system and to shift your energy, participate in integration circles facilitated by a licensed mental health trauma therapist, as well tap into elevated states of consciousness which will offer guidance and sacred wisdom.
