We tend to adapt by ignoring or repressing the things that we’d prefer not to look at, hoping they will disappear. However, our bodies track these experiences, store the pain, and remember all that we try so hard to forget.
Our bodies, hearts, and souls become weighed down by the baggage that we have yet to release.

These beliefs are potent forces that tint the lenses through which we see the world, often distorting our perceptions, and causing unnecessary suffering.

While western culture has stripped away many ancient or ceremonial rites of passage, communing with sacred plants can 'shake up the snow globe' so completely, that liberation from old habits and beliefs becomes an inspired process of up-leveling and evolving.
Through our intentionally curated retreat, you will experience healing that weaves together modern science, along with the ancient wisdom graciously passed down from indigenous lineages.
We have incorporated ancestral storytelling, ritual, ceremony, dance, creativity, play, experiential practices, and time to rest and integrate.
You’ll have the opportunity to engage in movement-based practices, receive and learn powerful tools to regulate your nervous system and to shift your energy, participate in integration circles facilitated by licensed mental health trauma therapists, as well as tap into elevated states of consciousness which offer guidance and sacred wisdom.
